Riley, MHA, FACHE, is a healthcare operations and financial strategy consultant who helps organizations strengthen performance, optimize workflows, and make data‑driven decisions that accelerate growth. With nearly 20 years of leadership experience across multi‑site health systems, he brings deep expertise in operational redesign, financial modeling, productivity analytics, and strategic planning.

Craig holds a Master of Health Administration from the Texas A&M School of Rural Public Health and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is currently completing his Doctor of Health Administration at Franklin University. A Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, he brings advanced expertise in Epic, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Excel, and provider productivity and compensation analytics.
